Essential Fundamentals of Farriery
32 individual media files intended to provide potential farriers with a structured learning plan.
Intended as a structured learning tool, these individual lessons are split into 6 parts. Each contains 5 lessons and there are 2 supplementary lessons. Subjects include Exam Technique, Anatomy, Physiology, Osteology and Common lameness — all essential topics. This farriery fundamentals course can be reviewed sequentially or just browsed as required. The bite sized structure provides farriers with a solid theoretical grounding in the trade.

Whether horse owner, trainer or para professional, we provude you with a broader understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the equine foot and lower limb.
The course is designed to allow you to complete each unit, building into a detailed overview of the limb, thus giving you sufficient background knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions about the care and management of your horses feet and limbs.
