Description.

Through the medium of painted anatomy on the live horse our own Paul Conroy BSc (Hons) and Neil Madden FWCF deliver a comprehensive review of the equine musculoskeletal system.

This is a light bulb presentation and a must view for all farriery and hoof care students and professionals.

By bringing two-dimensional imagery into a three-dimensional arena this excellent recorded event, with two highly renowned farriers, will help you have a deeper understanding of the functional anatomy of the horse’s limb.

Course delivery -Online Ticket: A recorded broadcast event for those interested in relating external points of the horse to its internal musculoskeletal structures as they pertain to farriery and without the need for dissection as a method of demonstration.

Course content –
The event will support your knowledge gained from textbooks, transporting into a practical and tangible understanding of how structures and the mechanics work and how this can impact your decisions made in everyday farriery.

Learning of anatomy makes so much more sense when you can locate individual structures of the equine limb and locomotor system In-Vivo gives a unique insight into how they work. You will witness how important anatomical structures are transposed onto the live horse through the medium of paint. Once exposed watch how the internal structures work in relation to the horses’ dynamic movements by observation and assessment.
