His session aims to help farriers and hoof-care professionals gain confidence in recognising subtle biomechanical issues before they develop into serious lameness cases. \nAt Hoofflix\, our mission is to make world-class hoof-care education accessible to every professional\, everywhere. Events like this align perfectly with that goal—bringing knowledge from the forge to the field and beyond. \nStay tuned for behind-the-scenes insights\, video highlights\, and key takeaways from the conference\, arriving soon on Hoofflix.com. \nDate: 29–30 November 2025\nLocation: HSK Hoof School\, Stefan Kos Norderkamp 5\, 24640 Schmalfeld\nParticipant limit: 35\nFee: €248 per day (incl. VAT)\nJoin leading hoof-care professionals from across Europe for two immersive days of theory\, practical demonstrations\, and discussion at the HSK Hoof Conference 2025. \nThis year’s event features Prof. Dr Jenny Hagen\, Dr Mark Caldwell FWCF\, and Henrik Berger FWCF\, with translation by John Ravanelli AWCF. The conference concentrates on understanding\, diagnosing\, and addressing hoof imbalance and lameness\, as well as establishing effective daily hoof care routines and exploring modern hoof cast applications. \nAttendees will gain: \n\nPractical methods for early identification and correction of hoof imbalance.\nA more comprehensive understanding of hoof lameness syndromes and effective management strategies.\nInsights into evidence-based hoof care systems for daily practice.\nPractical experience with hoof cast application and its benefits.\nOpportunities for professional networking and discussion at the evening social event.\n\nEnd the first day with a relaxed social evening including live music\, good food\, and engaging conversations with fellow hoof-care professionals. \nWhether you’re a farrier\, vet\, or hoof-care specialist\, this conference provides practical knowledge you can use right away. \nLearn more and register via HSK Hoof School’s official channels. https://www.hufschmied-stefan-kos.de/

DESCRIPTION:Live Attendance Event (not online). A day with Mark Caldwell discussing the rationale underpinning modern farriery techniques for sport horses. You will be surprised to find that a commonsense approach to translating evidence-based farriery techniques utilizes the historical sound basic principles that have stood the test of time in answering “WHAT\, WHY\, WHEN\, HOW\, AND WILL IT WORK”? Approach to maintaining soundness and optimizing performance. During the day through short lectures and practical demonstration we will explore\, compare\, and contrast\, various trimming and shoeing protocols and the decision-making process for preventative and therapeutic intervention. \nFrequently Asked Questions:\nDoes this event qualify for CPD or CE credits?
